Each team has already begun working hard to transform their innovative concepts into concrete projects. In the coming weeks, they will dive even deeper into refining their ideas, collaborating, and preparing to present their work.

🎓 First Lab: Mindset for Innovative Thinking

The first lab, held on September 25th, focused on creating the right mindset for innovation. Participants explored techniques to stimulate creativity, tackle challenges, and build personal resilience. Here are some key takeaways from the session:

The workshop helped participants recognize their strengths and areas for improvement, pushing them to become more aware of how they approach innovation.

The teams will continue their journey, moving on to the Value Proposition Design and Value Chain Design stages. These phases will focus on defining the value of the ideas and analyzing how they fit into the overall company strategy.
